1900's Black Ostrich Feather Hand Fan

A 1900's antique ostrich feather hand fan in very good condition. The staves seem to be celluloid, in imitation of tortoise shell. The feathers are likely dyed, the staves are stitched together. One of them has a broken thread so not properly attached and the fan is shown pretty much fully open. The frame is monogrammed with a letter T.
