A 1950's likely handmade printed cotton party/day dress in excellent condition. There are no labels inside, and the construction looks like that of a home sewist. The bodice has a lightly padded lining, possibly an inner layer of cotton batting.
The bodice has quite generous exposed seam allowances, so can be easily altered as needed.
The dress is shown with a tulle petticoat underneath, in addition to some tulle underlining in the skirt.
It measures 40" bust, 34" waist, hips free, 54" in length from nape of neck to hem.
