1960’s Black and White Burnout Velvet Evening Dress with Plaid Skirt and Belt
A late 1960’s evening dress with a black velvet bodice and plaid skirt with cut velvet flowers, and a matching belt.
The condition is excellent, the dress looks barely worn. The bodice is half lined, with black polyester satin. The bodice is likely synthetic stretch velvet. There are no labels inside the dress, it looks like they were removed at some point.
It is shown on a size 12 mannequin, would fit up to a 14 comfortably. It measures 39” bust, 32” waist, 40” hips, 55” in total length and the belt is quite adjustable.
