The blouse is high collared, a combination of lace and tulle, with white lining. The dress closes up center back with a variety of hooks and eyes over top.
The top’s lace flounce is like a cape, with its opening in the back.The material of both skirt and bodice is synthetic, likely polyester.
It is quite a small dress, shown on a size 2 mannequin. It measures 31” bust, 27” waist, 33” hips, 54” in length, the cape is 12” in length.
