A 1980’s to early 90's printed silk Nicole Miller dress with smocked, dropped waistband, and matching waist tie. In excellent condition, looks like it was rarely worn.
Does have a small stain on the lace at the shoulder as shown, the lace looks synthetic embroidered style. The dress is made in Hong Kong.
The tag says size 6 but it is shown on and fits a size 12 easily as shown. The mannequin it's displayed on measures 38" bust, 29" waist, 39" hips
